Important End Of Year Information

Device Return for All Students: Please Schedule An Appointment

This appointment link should be used if...
•         underclassmen who need to need to turn in VCC textbooks or books from CHS
•         underclassmen who will be withdrawing
•         seniors who have not yet returned their digital devices or other school-issued items.


Seniors: End of Year Information

Caps and Gowns were distributed on May 5.  If you pre-ordered and still need to pick up any of these items, please call the school to schedule an appointment.


Yearbook Distribution: Seniors can still pick these up until May 26. Or contact [email protected]


Cords/ Honor Medallions: Seniors are to contact their club sponsor for directions; these were distributed during Device Return dates.  After May 26, call the school to schedule an appointment to pick these up.


Device Return:  All obligations must be cleared at  Contact Mrs. Parisi ([email protected]) to schedule an appointment on June 4 or June 8 for returns if you can't make the scheduled make up dates of May 21, 22, or 26.  The digital device is valued at $600.00.  Therefore, a fine will be assessed to your account until the device is returned.  Transcripts and Diplomas will be distributed to seniors who have cleared their obligations.  If you have any questions or need to arrange a pay schedule, please contact Mrs. Parisi.

All AFJROTC, athletic, and performing arts return items will be processed and communicated directly by the corresponding instructor or coach.

Withdrawing Students Device Drop Off

June 1 - July 20
If you are an underclassman who is withdrawing from Colonial High School, please call the school to schedule an appointment to drop off your device. Mrs. Parisi and Ms. Rumplik are in the media center and are available to answer questions via phone or email. If you have questions, contact Mrs. Parisi at [email protected]
