Dear Colonial High School Families,
As we settle into an exciting new school year, I am proud of the energy, commitment, and school spirit already on display across Colonial High School. From academics and extracurricular opportunities to athletics and community partnerships, there is truly something for every student to get involved in.
This week, I encourage students to explore leadership and service opportunities through organizations such as the National Honor Society and the Pre-Med & Nursing Honor Society. These groups provide valuable experiences that help students grow academically, develop leadership skills, and prepare for future college and career pathways.
I would also like to recognize the incredible pride and resilience demonstrated by our students, coaches, band members, cheerleaders, and supporters during our Kick-off Classic. The enthusiasm and Grenadier spirit on display reminded us that success is about perseverance, teamwork, and representing Colonial with excellence.
Finally, I invite our families and community members to become active partners in our school by joining the School Advisory Council (SAC) and our PTSA. Your voice, ideas, and support help strengthen our school and create greater opportunities for all students.
Thank you for your continued partnership as we work together to ensure every student thrives.
It’s Great to Be a Grenadier!

While the final score was not the outcome we hoped for, our Colonial Grenadiers competed with tremendous heart, determination, and pride from the opening kickoff to the final whistle. We are proud of our football players and coaches for their hard work, resilience, and commitment to representing our school with class and character.
A special thank you goes out to our athletic trainers, whose dedication and support help keep our athletes healthy and ready to compete. We also celebrate our incredible band and cheerleaders, whose energy, spirit, and enthusiasm kept the stands alive and reminded everyone what it means to be a Grenadier.
Win or lose, Friday night was a reminder that being a Grenadier is about more than the scoreboard. It is about perseverance, teamwork, school pride, and showing up for one another. Thank you to everyone who represented Colonial with excellence and Grenadier spirit. The future is bright, and we are proud to stand behind our team! 🏈🎺📣❤️🖤🤍

Dear Grenadiers,
We are sharing information about our upcoming free dental event for kids hosted by the Dental Care Access Foundation (DCAF) - please see the attached flyer.
This day is dedicated to providing essential dental care to children in our community who need it most.
Beyond the event, ongoing care matters. DCAF works closely with local Federally Qualified Health Centers and community partners to provide follow-up wraparound care, helping children establish a permanent dental home for continued treatment and preventive care. Reach out to our friendly staff to schedule your appointment. Families can call 407-898-1525 to check eligibility and schedule an appointment.
