MUST HAVE:

1. Copy of paid receipt. The cost of each transcript is $2.00. Payments can be made here: School Cash Online

2. Complete form here: Google Form to Request Transcript

3. Copy of Driver's License, State ID, or another form of identification showing your name and date of birth uploaded to the form.

Once all information is received, your transcripts will be mailed within 3-5 business days.
